Ceros
Ceros is a security platform that acts as a trust layer for AI agents, the autonomous software programs organizations use to automate work. It ensures every agent action is verified, authorized, and traceable, solving the challenge of deploying AI without visibility into what those agents are doing or accessing.

Ceros was completely designed AI first in Claude Code. The senior designer originally leveraged my AI built design system, but we wanted this product to standout in the busy market. Me and the designer worked on a mood board of terminal / futuristic UI as the backbone. She built and we iterated the product direction. Her generated code was shipped directly into production. The entire reskin was completed from concept to updated prod in 2 weeks. I also worked with my brand designer to establish the juxtaposition medieval-esque logo, theming and branding. I provided direction, and she coworker in midjourney and figma to refine marketing assets.

SecureWork
Beyond Identity's Phishing-Resistant MFA is an admin console that gives IT and security teams centralized control over who and what can access company resources. Admins can configure risk-based access policies, monitor device security compliance in real time, and automatically revoke access when a device falls out of compliance, all without relying on passwords that can be stolen or phished.

This was a reskin effort I led to update the UI design of the core product. I designed everything in Claude Code, and started it as an experiment into testing the speed and efficiency of designing with AI, prompted by the CTO. I leveraged the "sandbox" version of our product I had originally built with AI and worked to modify the layout, improve the information architecture and modernize the design system. The entire vision redesign was completed in 1 week and is currently an effort I am leading to have it be built in production.

what others say about my leadership style
"Allan is a dream manager and mentor, and I feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. Not only is he an incredibly talented designer, but he's also been a proactive teacher and a determined advocate of my growth and wellbeing. Allan has instituted process and guidelines where there were none before, and has regularly celebrated my achievements one-on-one and across public company channels. He proposes long-term redesigns to push a product forward, but also swoops in with a quick and effective solution when time is of the essence. He leads by example — always offering support and creatively solving problems that arise even in the most constrained circumstances. Thanks to his varied design and technical experience, I have learned how to become a more well-rounded designer and teammate. With this wide range of capabilities and ubiquitous likability, he sets an example about the type of designer and teammate I want to be."

CeramicMark
After noticing a real gap in how designers and product builders collaborate when building with AI coding agents, I built CeramicMark, a VS Code extension that brings visual pin-based commenting directly into your IDE's preview window. The problem was simple but persistent: when you're iterating fast with coding agents, feedback lives in scattered notes, Slack threads, or your own head, entirely disconnected from the code and the commits that matter. CeramicMark lets you click any element in your live localhost preview, drop a comment pin tied to that exact element, and have that context travel with the repo so your team and your agents always know what needs to change and where.

CeramicMark was built and designed entirely in Claude Code. My intention was to solve an internal problem I was seeing for my design team, with the intention of releasing the VS Code extension to the greater ai-first design and product builder community. The tooling is currently under closed beta testing where I am working with other industry pioneers to help close the gap.
